Black-American Community Outreach is a non-profit organization which aims to empower and support black community members in Sheboygan County. The Rising Stars Recognition Program is a non-competitve initiative aimed at recognizing and celebating the achievements and contributions of Black students.

This recognition program is open to Black students in grades 8-12 in Sheboygan County and is designed to encourage them to strive for excellence in all their endeavors. Nominated youth will be invited to our Rising Stars Recognition Night on Thursday, May 30.

This an important step toward encouraging and uplifting the next generation of Black leaders and role models. Please take a minute to help us identify key youth from our area.
