Established in 2020, Black-American Community Outreach (BACO) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization to empower and support Black community members in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
To support black community members with resources and tools in an effort to promote and encourage economic growth, academic success, and job/employment skills while encouraging and providing opportunities to serve in the community.
Throughout the year, BACO hosts a number of events including our annual Juneteenth celebration each summer. Other events include our March for Unity and educational events for Martin Luther King Jr Day. Want to stay up to date on our events?

Toni White is a driven and accomplished professional who graduated from Sheboygan South High School and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at WRTP in Milwaukee.
VICE PRESIDENT
Pennye Rogers is a long-time resident of Sheboygan and works as a Regional Manager for McDonald's Corporation. She is also a founding member of Black American Community Outreach, where she has advocated for equal rights and opportunities for Black Americans. Pennye is a proud mother of three grown daughters and is committed to making positive change in her community.
Secretary
Allison Blake is a dedicated adoptive and foster parent who has been living in the Sheboygan area for the past 15 years. With a background as a mechanical engineer at DaimlerChrysler and Kohler Co., Allison now spends her time as a stay-at-home mom, "professional" volunteer, and community builder.
